Welcome to the"Place for Counselling" which is both Affordable and Accessible, offering integrative Counselling including CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)


Is the credit crunch and talk of recession causing you stress and anxiety? Maybe you have already had personal experience of it and do not know which way to turn.

Or, you may have had a major change to your life such as bereavement, divorce, illness or disability, and feel you have nowhere to talk about the impact this change has had on you.

Alternatively, you may have issues with panic attacks, anxiety or depression you would like to look at.

Maybe you cannot identify a cause, but you still feel stuck or lonely, overwhelmed or lacking in confidence or self worth, and unable see to see a way forward.

If this is your experience "the Place for Counselling" in Bromley can give you the time and space you need to talk about the difficulities you are having. Within the confidential relationship between Counsellor and Client you will be given time to talk, you will be listened to, and you can explore your feelings in as much depth as you need to.

I am a qualified Counsellor and I have a counselling practice in a pleasant, comfortable setting, close to the centre of Bromley.(very close to major bus routes and BR) I offer short term or longer term therapy and I tailor my approach to the client and the issues that they bring.



  • Your first counselling session will be an assessment and will be £20. This initial session can usually be arranged within the week.

  • Thereafter, sessions will be weekly, and will last an hour. My fees are £35 (day) and £40 (eves). There are a limited number of places for those on means tested benefit at £25.

  • Relationship problems, at home and work
  • Issues around single parenthood
  • Chronic Illness and Disability
  • Sexual Identity
  • Panic Attacks/anxiety
