Hello and a warm welcome to my website

Are you feeling overwhelmed, distressed or confused at the moment? If you are it may be due to a probem you have in a relationship or at work. Or possibly you have had a bereavement or divorce and not had the time or space to grieve for your loss. Alternatively, you may have a disability or an illness that has changed your life and you have nowhere to talk about the impact this has had. Or it maybe that you cannot identify a cause but you still feel stuck or lonely, lacking in confidence or self worth and unable see a way forward.

If this is your experience "the place for counselling" in Bromley can give you the time and space you need to talk about the difficulities you are having. It is a confidential space where you will be listened to, and where you can explore your feelings in as much depth as you need to. Hopefully, this will bring you some clarity and enable you to move forwards with more confidence.

I am a qualified therapist working in a pleasant, comfortable setting close to the centre of Bromley. I offer short term therapy including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or longer term therapy, depending on the needs of each client.

  • The first session will be an assessment and half the full price. This will give you the opportunity to see if counselling is right for you.

  • Thereafter, sessions will be weekly and will last an hour. My fees are £35 (day) and £40 (eve and W/E). There are a limited number of places for those on means tested benefit at £25.
